All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Refunds are available within 14 days for eligible purchases as detailed in our FAQ.

When you purchase a course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, redistribute, or publicly display paid content without written permission.

Treat instructors and fellow students with respect. Harassment, copyright infringement, or any unlawful activity is prohibited. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, patterns, videos, text, and trademarks on SmoothBay Knitworks are owned by SmoothBay Knitworks or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are for educational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee specific results. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmoothBay Knitworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
